We encourage PhD students to also attend the PhD Genetics Retreat on 18 September in Amsterdam, because of the unique podium it offers especially for this target group. Learn to debate, receive useful feedback and expand your network.

Registration:

Members as well as non-members and students wil have to register to have access to the meeting programme.

Members will have the opportunity to register at strongly reduced registration fees.

Early bird registration fee (until July 31st):
Members: €350 excl. VAT (€423.50 incl. VAT)
Non-Members: €450 excl. VAT (€544.50 incl. VAT)
Student: €200 excl. VAT (€242 incl. VAT)

Regular registration fee (Aug 1st - Aug 30th):
Members: €450 excl. VAT (€544.50 incl. VAT)
Non-Members: €550 excl. VAT (€665.50 incl. VAT)
Student: €300 excl. VAT (€363 incl. VAT)

Late registration fee (As of September 1st):
Members: €500 excl. VAT (€605 incl. VAT)
Non-Members: €600 excl. VAT (€726 incl. VAT)
Student: €400 excl. VAT (€484 incl. VAT)

Please note:

  • All prices mentioned are in Euro and exclusive 21% Dutch VAT.

  • Deadline early registration: July 31 (23:59 CEST), standard registration: August 31 (23:59 CEST).

  • Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment.

  • Information for students : please upload your proof of studentship!

  • Registration fee covers the conference fee + dinner and party on Thursday 19 September. It does not cover hotel accommodation.
